About the Facility: 10 fully digital operating theatres Advanced surgical capabilities State-of-the-art digital scanning technology Comprehensive surgical services including HDU 350 healthcare professionals Central, easily accessible location Key Responsibilities: Lead perioperative patient care across orthopaedic and spinal surgical specialties Collaborate with robotic surgery teams utilising the latest technology Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in complex surgical procedures Manage instrument and equipment preparation for various specialties Participate in quality improvement initiatives Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols Facilitate efficient theatre turnover while maintaining the highest standards Contribute to surgical planning and case management Support specialty areas including orthopaedics, cardiac, and minimally invasive procedures Essential Requirements: NZ Registered Nurse with current APC Minimum 2 years' operating theatre experience in either orthopaedic or spinal procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated organisational abilities Commitment to excellence in patient care WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
