About The Role Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, the Office Support Team Lead will support and lead a team of Branch Lead Coordinators to continually exceed our internal and external customers expectations and always strive for service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead, support, and mentor Branch Coordinators to achieve team goals aligned with the business Conduct regular one-on-ones and manage probation reviews and PDPs Monitor team performance metrics (e.g., surveys) Maintain a positive and inclusive branch culture Oversee branch compliance using Mango software and ensure site requirements Ensure timely and effective new starter inductions and systems training Manage event logistics including trade shows, branch events, training, and catering Maintain office and meeting room presentation standards Handle general admin tasks as required Perform additional projects as delegated by the National Facilities Manager or COS team About You The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes: A valid full drivers licence essential Ability to work within a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication Previous experience or exposure using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
