Requirements ️ What You'll Actually Do This is a hands-on role where you’ll: Run sampling activations like a pro — from pitch to pack down Keep clients in the loop (and sometimes ahead of themselves) Own timelines, budgets, and campaign logistics like a backstage boss Spot problems early, fix them fast, and leave clients saying “nailed it” Collaborate with ops, drivers, and warehouse legends to keep activations tight Generate leads using HubSpot & manage basic invoicing in Xero Support and guide a junior coordinator to build team strength Pitch tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive account growth What You Bring You don’t need to be perfect — but you do need to bring: Relationship smarts – client-facing confidence and trust-building Operational chops – strong logistics and activation delivery Prioritisation skills – calm under pressure, clarity in the chaos Commercial awareness – you know what matters to the bottom line Problem-solving mindset – you don’t wait to be told, you act Team player energy – you lift the people around you Growing leadership – ready to mentor and take the next step You’ll also bring — or quickly build — knowledge of temperature protocols (yes, ice cream must stay frozen).
