Wellbeing Support Coordinator (Mental Health) – Ipswich & Southern Downs Full-time | Fixed Term Contract to 30 June 2026 (with possible extension) $32–$35 p/h | Salary Sacrificing Available HealthWISE is seeking a compassionate and motivated Support Coordinator to join our Ipswich-based wellbeing team. In this rewarding role, you'll provide high-intensity support coordination for people living with severe and complex mental illness—helping them build resilience, access services, and work towards recovery in a safe and supported way. This position is ideal for someone with lived experience of mental health recovery or who has supported someone through it, and who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. About the Role: Deliver community-based, person-centred support Develop tailored Safety and Support Plans Work collaboratively with clinicians, GPs, and service providers Support clients to navigate the health system and improve social connectedness Provide outreach with some travel and overnight stays required About You: Certificate IV or Diploma in Mental Health (or equivalent) Personal experience with mental health recovery (own or as a carer) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organised, flexible, and able to manage competing priorities Driver’s licence, Blue Card (WWCC), and National Police Check required Why Join HealthWISE?
