Qualified Chef- Full Time/Permanent Responsibilities include: Performing all food preparation and cooking duties Working across all sections of the kitchen including grills, pans, and fryers Ensuring consistency and portion control is adhered to Working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well under pressure Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards General kitchen cleaning duties as required Essential skills required: Certificate IV is Commercial Cookery (and/or higher) Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen Experience in food preparation and plating up.
