We require skilled, positive, and resilient TCI trained Support Workers who are comfortable within a highly complex environment and with the ability to effectively empower and inspire our clients to adopt positive habits and routines. Strong communication skills and the ability to set firm boundaries are essential. Restrictive practice and extensive BIS plans are in place on the site. What's in it for you? Thoroughly follow BIS plans and restrictive practice's as directed by clinical teams and site managers. Encouraging continuous capacity building to enhance clients’ current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely. Empower clients by promoting choice and control and show willingness to participate in clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests. Some of our requirements: P2 NSW Drivers License or higher Must be able to work A,B and SO shift. Working with Children's check and NDIS Workers check. TCI training or experience in Mental Health/ Residential or OOHC is desirable Must have full working rights (we do not accept student visa's) Who is Scope?
