Things that work for us: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) A minimum of four years previous experience in aged care setting Advanced clinical skills and exercises extended autonomy of decision making working closely with managers and other senior clinicians.
