About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a RORO (Retail Owned Retail Operated) Business Consultant. This role will be based in Melbourne. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Develops negotiation strategies, deal parameters, and economic models independently Articulates the total solution package clearly and translates competitive strengths into customer value Handles complex negotiations by developing options or alternative courses of action to win bids Negotiates with multiple contacts Builds high-level industry contacts to stay informed about potential opportunities Proposes pricing strategies for territories or key accounts to support profitable growth and Chevron’s strategic network plan Manages all phases of the sales process Develops business development plans and provides updates through Monthly Business Reviews Manages potential channel conflicts (Distributor, Retail, Company Owned Company Operated (COCO)) and resolves them equitably Executes network growth through New-To-Industry/New-To-Chevron (NTI/NTC), working closely with the Retail Growth Lead and Network Team (NWT) Works with Network Team (NWT) to execute Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) to Retail Owned Retail Operated (RORO) Class of Trade (COT) conversions, aligned with agreed Supply Network Planning (SNP) About You We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
