The Opportunities: This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive foot traffic, brand visibility, and sales performance across UNIQLO retail stores in collaboration with shopping mall partners, centre management teams, and local community stakeholders. This role may require domestic and international travel, and the flexibility to support marketing activities outside of regular business hours, including store events, openings and mall campaigns on weekends or evenings. Key Responsibilities: Develop annual and seasonal marketing plans in collaboration with store network and shopping mall partners. Build strong partnerships with shopping centre marketing teams to co-create activations, promotions, and joint campaigns. Oversee execution of store-level events, new openings, and localised initiatives. Act as the key contact for external stakeholders including landlords, mall operators, and event partners. Monitor performance of mall campaigns, report on ROI, and optimise future plans. Collaborate closely with eCommerce, Visual Merchandising, and Store Operations to ensure omnichannel alignment. Localise national campaigns to align with regional mall calendars and customer profiles. Lead briefing process for creative, media, and production agencies when required. Experience, skills and knowledge: 7 years’ experience in retail, trade, or brand marketing, preferably in fashion or shopping centre environments. Strong experience working with shopping malls, retail landlords, or FMCG field marketing. Proven ability to localise campaigns and manage multiple store activations. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Experience in the fashion or retail industry is highly regarded. Basic proficiency in campaign reporting and CRM tools. Familiarity with mall marketing processes and trade marketing calendars. Knowledge of offline media (OOH, retail signage, POS). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills. High attention to detail and hands-on execution mindset.
