Description The Opportunity Our Corporate Finance team in South Australia are seeking a Senior Analyst to join us on a full-time basis. Our ideal candidate will already have Corporate Finance experience or have a background and strong foundation in Business Advisory (approx. 3 years) with an interest in Corporate Finance. No two days are ever the same in our Corporate Finance team, so if you’re looking for constant stimulation, challenging workflow, and career development, this role is for you! Our team has extensive experience covering a range of different industries with businesses of different sizes. Working closely with some of South Australia's most iconic businesses, you will specialise in areas such as assisting with financial due diligence, financial modelling including budgeting and forecasting, as well as strategic business advice. Your responsibilities will include: Corporate Finance, assisting with: Business Sales and Acquisitions including financial due diligence Business valuations Financial modelling Budgeting and forecasting Business investigation work Commercial banking, including covenant reporting Strategic business advice Skills And Experiences About you Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar discipline Approximately 3 years’ experience in an accounting role CA qualified or working toward CA qualifications (near finalisation) Proficient in using MS office Excel and best practice modelling skills Ability to read and interpret Financial Statements Display a high-level of professionalism, enthusiasm and conscientiousness Strong collaborative skills with your team and clients, and a dedicated work ethic Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing Have the ability to analyse information and figures to formulate a solution/great problem-solving skills Be passionate about helping clients To join our team, please click ‘Apply Now’ today – we are waiting to meet with you!
