About the Company We are working with an independent, Brisbane-based project management and consulting business specialising in interior fitout solutions across Australia's commercial sectors. Our client delivers end-to-end project management services for retail, hospitality, and healthcare, from design coordination and site supervision to stakeholder management and delivery optimisation. With extensive experience managing both boutique individual projects and large-scale shopping centre developments, they serve as the critical link between design vision and practical execution. About the Role This dynamic project coordinator role involves assisting the Project Manager in managing multiple fitout projects. You'll coordinate with subcontractors, designers, suppliers, engineers, and clients to prepare comprehensive quotations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare comprehensive fitout quotations; Maintain project budgets, profit margins, and track contract variations throughout project lifecycle; Prepare compliance documentation for building approvals, certifications, and shopping centre requirements; Manage WHS documentation submissions and project administration across multiple sectors; Review subcontractor invoices, process purchase orders, and maintain project files; and Utilise Microsoft Office Suite for project scheduling, defects reporting, and stakeholder correspondence. About You The successful candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Admin within the construction, architecture or fit out industry; Ideally you will have worked on shop fitting or interior fit out commercial and retail projects; You will have extensive experience in the Microsoft Office (Project, Excel Teams and PowerPoint etc). Experience with SketchUp and Bluebeam would be advantageous but not essential; and You will be proactive, multitask (running 2-3 jobs at any one time) and will have the ability to adapt to the ever changing fast paced environment).
