Customer Service Administrator Location: Dandenong South, VIC 3175 Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join a highly respected, industry-leading company specialising in hardware systems, components, and software for the window and door industry across Australia and New Zealand. About the Role: Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and reliable support to customers and the external sales team via phone and email. Process, monitor, and manage customer orders and enquiries. Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch and delivery of orders. Offer technical assistance to customers and sales staff. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and communications.
