About the Role Based in Western Sydney, the Finance Business Partner will play a key role in supporting commercial teams across the Oceania business. You’ll turn financial data into strategic insights, enabling smarter decisions across sales, marketing, and operations. This role sits at the intersection of finance and strategy, helping shape the future direction of the business. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans; Deliver financial insights and analysis to drive profitability, efficiency, and business growth; Conduct month-end reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews; Use SAP to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity; Build financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and investments; Identify risks and opportunities, and influence key decisions with data-driven recommendations; Support continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and reporting tools; and Serve as a trusted advisor to non-finance stakeholders, bridging the gap between numbers and action. What You'll Need Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or CA qualification (or working toward); Strong background in commercial finance or business partnering; Hands-on experience with SAP and Excel modelling; Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance teams; Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; and Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
