Job Responsibilities Cutting, colouring, lightening, balayage, and styling hair using advanced techniques Providing expert advice on hair care, products, and client-specific styling solutions Performing shampooing, conditioning, and scalp treatments to support healthy hair outcomes Applying hair extensions, foils, toners, and other chemical services as required Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment in accordance with WHS regulations Building and retaining a strong client base through excellent service and rebooking practices Participating in internal and external education programs, including backstage work at industry events such as Fashion Week Contributing to a positive team culture by engaging in staff initiatives, competitions, and team development activities Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria: Certificate III in Hairdressing (SHB30416 or equivalent) Minimum of 2 years' qualified post-apprenticeship salon experience Strong experience in colour services, particularly blondes and balayage Hair extension experience (preferred but not essential) A genuine passion for hairdressing, learning, and delivering outstanding client service Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a positive and professional attitude Flexibility to work a 4 or 5-day roster, including some weekends
