Working alongside developers as well as private and commercial clients we provide quality custom–made structural steel buildings, awnings, carports, sheds, verandas and so much more, for commercial, industrial and residential projects. RESPONSIBILITY: Analysing blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and requirements for plumbing and roof drainage systems in various building types, including residential, commercial, and industrial structures. Calculating material needs and estimating quantities for each project. Fabricating, installing, and maintaining metal roofing systems and rainwater management products such as gutters, downpipes, and associated components. Selecting appropriate materials and installing roof sheeting to meet project specifications. Constructing and installing various roof drainage elements and external flashings to ensure effective water management. Installing roof systems, including composite materials, on standard and curved roof structures. Repairing and installing roof insulation, corrugated roof sheeting on trusses, and composite sheet roofing for outdoor spaces. Preparing components for welding, including cutting materials to specified measurements and setting up equipment. Operating tools like angle grinders and cutters to prepare parts for welding, ensuring they meet the required standards. Testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structures to identify any flaws and ensure quality. Assembling and installing completed roofing systems on-site, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Strictly following occupational health and safety guidelines both in the workshop and on the job site. Keeping the work area clean and organized to maintain safety and efficiency. Preparing and packing tools, materials, and machinery for transport to the job site. REQUIREMENTS : Experience as a Welder/Metal Fabricator. Proficient in reading shop drawings. Skilled in MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Familiar with steel and aluminum. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Team player with good communication abilities.
