We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a range of menu items to a consistently high standard Ensure all dishes are presented in line with venue specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in accordance with food safety standards Assist in stock rotation, labelling, and minimising kitchen waste Follow all hygiene and OH&S procedures and ensure compliance with food handling regulations Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak periods Support senior chefs and contribute to daily kitchen operations Assist with training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff where required About You: At least 1 year of experience in a busy kitchen environment (pub or restaurant experience highly regarded) Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting Passion for quality food and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (preferred but not essential) Knowledge of safe food handling and hygiene practices What We Offer: Competitive pay rates Opportunities for career progression within a reputable hospitality group A supportive team culture and professional work environment Staff discounts and meals Click “Apply for this job” to register your interest for this fulltime salaried opportunity with a salary of $76K-$80K plus super
