ConsultANZ ConsultANZ is currently seeking a Procurement Specialist to join a leading civil contractor on a high-profile water infrastructure project based in Canberra. Main Duties: Assist in preparing procurement plans, RFPs, contract templates, and vendor analysis tools. Manage procurement processes across all project phases—from tendering to negotiation and award. Collaborate with design, construction, commercial, and finance teams to align technical and commercial requirements. Support the Procurement Manager and take full responsibility for the role after the first 12–14 months. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure value, quality, and compliance with budgetary constraints. About You: Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in water infrastructure or large-scale construction projects. Degree in Procurement, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. Fluent in English with strong technical, commercial, and contractual vocabulary. Skilled in using ERP systems and working across multidisciplinary teams.
