What You’ll Be Doing: Setting up and optimising automated lifecycle journeys and strategic one-off communications in our engagement platforms. Building and refining segmented target audiences in Hightouch , ensuring communications hit the mark every time. Creating and managing crucial tracking links for email, push notifications, and web content, ensuring we can measure and improve every interaction. Taking ownership of QA processes for all email communications (including dark mode!) and web content to ensure flawless execution and brand alignment. Translating Figma designs into functional and visually appealing web pages and components using our modern CMS platforms like Builder.io & Contentful . Monitoring web performance via GA4 and actively contributing to our SEO strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance organic search traffic. Managing & implementing all required content for CRM and web builds, ensuring they're primed for optimal performance! What You Can Bring to the Team: Hands-on experience in digital marketing and CRM execution . Proven proficiency with CRM platforms ( Iterable experience is a definite plus, but strong experience with others like Mailchimp, Braze, Campaign Monitor is also highly valued). Hands-on experience with CMS for web content updates (bonus if you've used Builder.io or Contentful ) A solid understanding of email marketing best practices and foundational web development principles.
