Anteris Aus Operations is seeking an experienced Production Operator II to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As an integral member of our company, you will actively participate in the manufacture of biological medical devices in accordance with tissue production procedures and company policies as well as agreed plans and timeframes. Main Responsibilities: Carry out general production activities pertaining to the manufacture of medical devices within a cleanroom area, including: Processing of incoming raw tissue. Reagent treatment of processed tissue Media changes of processed tissue Draping and crosslinking of tissue Cutting tissue to size Measuring cut tissue thickness Cleaning of cut tissue (removal of collagen fibres) Terminal sterilisation of tissue sizes Assist with manufacture support duties as required, including: Receipt of garments and transfer into classified storage areas. Cleaning down and passing in of stock into the clean room and completing stock transfer forms. Cleaning of reusable items for manufacture using washer disinfector and autoclave cycles. Maintaining cycle records. Cleaning of equipment. Coordination of waste removal. Packaging and labelling of final product. Quality: Assist with labelling and storage of material. Participate in internal and external audits as required. Training: Complete GMP training at least once annually. Complete all required training for assigned duties. Ensure all training documentation is maintained and updated. Attend and participate in departmental and organisational meetings as required. Qualifications: Knowledge of general laboratory practices. Excellent eye for detail and fine motor skills. Prior experience working in small multi-disciplinary teams (desirable). Proficient in the use of Microsoft computer software (e.g., MS Office). Sound communication and interpersonal skills. Administrative competencies and attention to detail. Ability to work in laboratory and cleanroom settings where PPE and special gowning requirements are required.
