About the Role We are currently looking for a casual Customer Experience Officer to work in our Canberra campus. Our Canberra campus operates from Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This casual role will be offered a variety of full day and part day shifts mainly across the Wednesday to Friday but occasionally at the beginning of the week. The role supports the day-to-day campus operations, course delivery and scheduling, and course catering on the campus and at times will provide support to other business units. It will include: Meeting and greeting students as they arrive on campus Addressing customer service inquiries via phone and email Addressing customer concerns, and escalating where required Producing reports and analysing data as needed Liaising with a cross-section of internal and external stakeholders Setting up the training room, laying out catering and cleaning after catering The ideal candidate will be….
