The Mortuary Supervisor will provide exceptional leadership to the Mortuary team as well as, providing expertise in the Mortuary area and ensure excellence in customer service. Duties of the Mortuary Supervisor include: Maintain and clean vehicles and property to required standards Participate in the on-call roster as scheduled Perform lawn and garden maintenance to upkeep facilities Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of funeral service Proven ability to manage individual locations or teams, including broader area oversight aligned with brand standards About you: Be at ease with death, the expression of grief and handling deceased people. Show integrity by being honest, ethical and trustworthy. Broad operational management experience in in a service-driven organisation Ability to manage employees operating across multiple sites, structures and environment In a fit state of physical and psychological health to be able to handle the inherent requirements of the role. Ability to move between strategy and operational execution. Proven track record of driving and managing business process and cultural change Experience in developing and maintaining relationships.
