In this role, working in the Product Development team, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals across design, construction, procurement, and safety to deliver high-quality, compliant drawings that shape homes from concept to construction. What You’ll Be Doing Follow design principals and develop technical drawings across our diversified projects from initial conceptions to the final sign-off. Develop accurate floor plans, elevations, and construction details. Ensure designs comply with local building codes and industry standards. Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and align on project requirements. Conduct quality checks on drawings and provide technical support throughout the build process. Stay up-to-date on drafting software, tools, and construction regulations. What We’re Looking For Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or similar. 5 years’ experience in residential construction drafting. Strong technical drawing and documentation skills. Confidence navigating codes, compliance, and construction standards. Effective communication and collaboration skills. What's On Offer?
