Description Role: PeopleSoft developer • 5 years of Peoplesoft HCM experience • Understand the core HR process • Design, Development and Unit Testing of Integrations / Enhancements in PeopleSoft HCM. • Create new reports, Interfaces (SQR/Application Engine/IB/API), BI Publisher as per the requirements. • Create and modify Components, File Layouts, Pages, Fluid Pages, Tiles, Records, Fields, Process Definitions and registering Components in Portal, Menu and Permission Lists as per requirements. • Good understanding Peoplesoft HCM (Core HR), Interfaces with Global payroll • Good understanding of latest Peopletools • Prepare technical design. • Perform peer code review. • Analyze the issues and priorities of support calls to meet the SLA.
