The shop manager will report to the Director and will be responsible for the following: Determining product mix, stock level, and service standards. Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices. Promoting and advertising the establishment's good and services. Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions. Undertaking budgeting for the establishment. Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Succesful applicants must have: Bachelor degree on Management field of study Minimum 2 years of managerial experience Food handling certificate Forklift Certificate with 1 year experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skill and attention to detail Understand FIFO and fresh produce displaying and rotation
