The Role: We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator to join our growing marketing team on a part-time basis, 3 days per week. In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager and contribute to developing impactful digital content and campaigns that enhance our online presence. Key Responsibilities Include: • Develop and manage engaging digital and social campaigns • Write and schedule content for social media and digital platforms • Draft briefs for video editing and content production • Repurpose long-form content for use across social and digital channels • Build and nurture professional networks through social media About you: • A degree in marketing or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns from start to finish • Strong writing skills with experience creating engaging content for digital and social platforms • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot to support lead nurturing and customer engagement • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills • A proactive, adaptable attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks What We Offer: • Working hours between 8:00am – 5:30pm, 3 days per week - total work hours 22.8 hours P/W • A collaborative and supportive team culture • The opportunity to make a real impact in people’s lives • Training and ongoing development and support • Competitive salary • A friendly and supportive team culture!
