The Opportunity Are you seeking an exceptional career where you can contribute to the security of Australia? The ASIO Finance Graduate Program is a dynamic 12-month program that provides candidates with the skills, knowledge, and attributes required to support public financial management, strategic investment strategies, and digital enablement. Our graduates are curious, conscientious, and results-driven. You are required to have completed a relevant degree prior to program commencement, or to have graduated in the last 3 years. We are seeking graduates who want a meaningful career in finance and accounting, with aspirations to professionalise with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand or CPA Australia. Fields of study we are looking for include, but are not limited to: • Finance. • Commerce. • Accounting. • Business. Over 12 months, we will guide and mentor you, enabling you to further develop your skills, knowledge, and support your ability to contribute to ASIO's mission. You will undertake placements across a number of finance and accounting areas, giving you opportunities to work alongside colleagues throughout the organisation. On successful completion of the program, you will be promoted to the AE5 level (APS5 equivalent). A merit pool may be created to fill future vacancies which have the same or similar requirements as this position. This merit pool will be valid for up to 18 months.
