The Location: Bolton Clarke's Tantula Rise is located in Alexandra Headland As a Clinical Coordinator, you will ensure our aged care clients and clinical employees are supported. Combining case management, clinical governance, ACFI, rostering, and staff management, the role of Clinical Coordinator is essential to ensure the leadership and coordination of all aspects of clinical care. Key accountability: Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams including Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff Develop care plans in consultation with the resident, family/carer and other members of the care team Promote a culture of service delivery that aims to improve the lifestyle experiences of residents Maintain an information system that supports and enhances the provision of accurate documentation relating to the resident To be successful, you will have: Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation and ACFI Also required if successful past interview to compliance stage Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Police Check and background checks, references Flu vaccinations Seasonal (or willing to obtain) Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements Qualifications / AHPRA Our benefits: Generous salary packaging and not-for-profit tax benefits – claim up to $15,900 tax free plus additional $2650 in entertainment per year An Employee Assistance Program for staff and family Career progression and development opportunities We provide a work culture that values diversity and inclusion.
