Description Are you a proactive and organised HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact? Due to an internal promotion, Novita is now seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and support the delivery of high-quality HR services across the business. About the Role As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries, providing generalist support and ensuring smooth coordination of HR processes. You’ll work closely with HR Advisors and other internal stakeholders to manage onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is key to maintaining accurate HR records, supporting compliance, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Respond to employee enquiries and manage the HR inbox with professionalism and efficiency Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements Process employment changes and prepare associated documentation in line with industrial agreements Maintain HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to HR policy development Build strong relationships across the business and contribute to a collaborative team culture Skills And Experiences About You You are a detail-oriented and approachable HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring a strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation, and you’re confident using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools. You’re passionate about delivering excellent service and supporting a positive employee experience. Qualifications & Experience: Certificate IV in Human Resources or relevant discipline, or minimum 3 years of HR experience Experience with HRIS platforms (ELMO desirable) Sound knowledge of employment legislation, Fair Work Act, and Modern Awards Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality We’re serious about safeguarding our clients. Remuneration Package and Benefits Total remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15,900 of your salary, increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5,000. Further salary-packaging benefits available include meal and entertainment expenses, accommodation and venue hire, private novated leasing and additional superannuation contributions.
