About The Role The Head of Marketing - Brand & Hospitality is accountable to the General Manager Marketing and will be responsible for the delivery and execution of key marketing strategies and partnerships to support the growth of SkyCity Adelaide's hotel and food and beverage outlets. This role will drive a comprehensive brand proposition for SkyCity Adelaide, encompassing all assets across Hotel, Bars, Dining, and Casino, positioning it as a key tourism destination within South Australia. It will also involve developing new brands and campaigns for upcoming venue openings within the precinct. The Head of Marketing will perform both above-the-line and below-the-line marketing activities, devising high-level strategies for Facebook and hotel channels. Additionally, the role manages relationships with external agencies supporting Brand, PR, Social, and Digital Marketing. About You Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and target audiences, along with proven expertise and creativity in developing engaging marketing campaigns. You should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a track record of innovative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Qualifications and experience include: 5-10 years in brand and marketing management Strong leadership and organizational skills Budget management and understanding of commercial drivers Experience in Tourism, Food and Beverage, and Hotels Tertiary qualifications in Marketing What's in it for you?
