This well-established pharmacy within a busy shopping centre is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to lead a capable team and drive service delivery in a supportive and community-focused environment. The Role: As Pharmacist Manager, you'll take charge of day-to-day operations while working alongside a dedicated team including another Pharmacist, an Intern, and experienced Dispensary Technicians. You'll also lead the Vaccination Clinic and contribute to high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage dispensary operations and workflow. Provide clinical support and vaccinations. Mentor and support team members. Participate in weekend and evening shifts on a rotating basis. What You'll Bring: Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist. Previous experience in pharmacy management (preferred). Vaccination accreditation. Strong leadership and communication skills.
