About the role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Administrator for our business located in Canberra. This is your opportunity to become a vital member of the team in a collaborative and supportive manner. It is a full-time role. To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a Degree in Law, Business or a related field and a minimum of 3 years' proven experience working in a similar position. Duties Prepare and assist in the submission of formal, short-form, and annual contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and compiling required documentation. Support the review and negotiation of Terms & Conditions to ensure risks are clearly identified and managed. Monitor the execution of contracts to ensure timely delivery, service quality and compliance with agreed conditions Respond to contract-related enquiries from clients and partners, resolving issues related to billing, service terms or delivery expectations Responsible for contract close-outs, renewals, and extensions in a timely and organised fashion. Maintain accurate internal records of active and completed contracts, and compile periodic reports for management review Provide guidance on contract administration procedures to maintain consistent best practices.
