What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Analyst you will work across our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) or Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) teams. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services to mid-market clients across a range of corporate finance engagements, including: Conducting financial and commercial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings Assisting with private business sales and acquisitions , including buyer research and managing the due diligence process Conducting financial analysis, modelling and forecasting Supporting capital raising from private equity and other investors Preparing Independent Accountant’s Reports for ASX listings Mentoring and developing junior team members What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is analytical, commercially minded, and ready to grow.
