As a Behavioural Insights Adviser, you will apply insights from psychology, sociology, behavioural economics, user-centred design, and systems thinking to enhance policies, programmes, and services. You'll use research, theories and methods from behavioural sciences to develop innovative solutions, enabling stakeholders to improve the delivery of the tax, super and registry systems. Combining your expertise in behavioural insights with knowledge of ATO policies, programs, processes, and services, you will design, develop and evaluate scalable solutions for behavioural change to improve long-term outcomes for Australian taxpayers. You'll also analyse qualitative and quantitative data and report findings to shape, inform and influence policies, programs and services in the ATO. This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD or Upper Mount Gravatt.
