RSM Perth is looking for a motivated and detail-driven Senior Analyst to join our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) division. What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Analyst in our FDD team, you’ll play a key role in delivering insightful, data-driven advice to clients across a range of transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings Reviewing and analysing historical and forecast financial performance Preparing Independent Accountant’s Reports for ASX listings Preparing clear, concise, and insightful client reports Collaborating with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders Mentoring and supporting junior team members About you: What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with a strong foundation in audit who’s ready to take on a more analytical and commercial role. Ideally, you’ll bring: 3–4 years’ experience in external audit or a similar financial role A completed or near-completed CA qualification (or equivalent) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and report-writing abilities A proactive, team-oriented mindset Bonus points if you have: Exposure to transaction services or corporate finance A commercial mindset and interest in business strategy What’s In It for You?
