The Isa & Red Earth Boutique Hotel in Mount Isa are seeking energetic and dedicated Duty Managers to lead and oversee our nightly operations. You’ll play a key role in the team, supporting the Hotel Manager with the daily operations and taking charge of the night shift. As a hands-on leader, you’ll guide the night team by example, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service throughout the venue. The Successful Candidate: Passionate about the hospitality industry Confident hands-on Duty Manager with experience in a similar role Experience in a similar environment, high volume venue essential Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Manager Licence Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure, and work unsupervised Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills.
