The Exciting Opportunity We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager ideally with a Quality background for 1 year minimum, to lead the implementation of vital reform projects arising from the new Aged Care Act. The successful applicant will step into a pivotal role at a critical time and will need the skillset necessary to coordinate the completion of a large number of key tasks required before the deadline. Partner with stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, and establish robust working groups—all while ensuring quality standards are met. About You: A proactive, “hands-on” Project Manager, with a background in quality improvement, compliance and risk within the Aged Care industry. Lead by example, and know how to bring teams together to achieve solutions-driven outcomes.
