As our OSHC Director of Service, you'll develop and maintain relationships with families, the school community, and community partners. You'll communicate progress and involve families in service programs, build positive, respectful relationships with children, provide active supervision, and ensure a safe environment. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Diploma in Education, or a related field with OSHC Experience working in OSHC/Childcare settings in a leadership position is preferred Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for providing high-quality care and education for children.
