Job Description: Come and join our team As a Dynatrace Consultant, you will help customers optimise their IT environments and digital experiences by delivering high-quality observability and monitoring solutions using the Dynatrace platform. You will work on a variety of client-facing projects, including new implementations, environment optimisation, integrations, and ongoing enhancements. This hands-on role focuses on designing, configuring, and delivering Dynatrace solutions that drive measurable business and IT outcomes. You’ll collaborate with other skilled consultants, architects, and industry experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences and successful outcomes. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to work closely with the sales, pre-sales teams to identify and progress customer opportunities. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. Proven ability to design and implement Dynatrace monitoring solutions across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Hands-on experience with Dynatrace OneAgent, dashboards, Davis AI, and problem analysis. Knowledge of integrations and automation, including linking Dynatrace with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services. Strong skills in troubleshooting application and infrastructure performance issues, including root cause analysis. Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver workshops, and present actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Relevant certifications (e.g., Dynatrace Associate or Professional) are highly desirable. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of agile project delivery methodologies.
