Job: Printer Service Technician Location: Eastern Creek, NSW Salary: $80,000-$85,000 including super Hours: 8am-5pm (Mon-Fri) Type: Permanent Posistion Are you a hands-on technician looking to work with a market leader. Join a friendly and established team servicing a wide range of office and commercial printers across the Sydney metro area. Full-time permanent role, Day Shift Immediate start available Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Conduct functional testing on devices to ensure they are operating correctly Carrying out repairs, rework, and refurbishment of products in line with technical guidelines Assessing and processing DOA (Dead on Arrival) and warranty claims accurately and efficiently Providing technical support to internal teams, dealers, and authorised service agents via phone and email Escalating complex issues to the Technical Services Supervisor or Manager when required Maintaining accurate service records and supporting overall workflow efficiency Assisting with dealer training to enhance product knowledge and technical capability Following all health, safety, and manual handling procedures to maintain a safe work environment Contributing to a positive, professional, and team-focused workplace culture What You’ll Need: Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in a similar technical or service role is preferred A TAFE technical qualification (certificate or diploma level) is highly desirable Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy A proactive and customer-focused mindset with a high level of attention to detail Ability to safely perform manual handling and lifting tasks using appropriate equipment and safe practices About the Company Join a fast-paced and growing organisation as a Printer Technician, where you’ll be responsible for repairing, refurbishing, and supporting a wide range of products while delivering high-quality technical service and customer support in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
