First Choice Diagnostic (FCD) is looking for an independent, reliable self-starter for casual work. There will be approximately 8-12 shifts per month, each one of approximately 3 hours’ duration. You will be rostered in advance based on your availability and will be required to participate in a 24-hour on-call period (5:00am – 5:00am) approximately 1–2 times per week, in line with operational needs. During these on-call periods, one call-out may be expected. Casual staff receive a conditional on-call allowance as part of their agreement with FCD. The job entails performing impartial testing for drugs and alcohol at construction, transport, and other heavy industry sites around Perth. The ideal candidate will be based in Perth, preferably in central or northern suburbs, and should be open to occasional remote overnight travel to locations such as Broome. All travel expenses, including flights and accommodation, will be covered by the company. Our casual shifts (of approximately 3 hours) occur around the clock and weekends, and can fit in with your other commitments. You just provide us with your availability and we go from there!
