We are looking for exceptionally talented Organisational Performance Consultants, Strategy Consultants or those who have a track record of delivering solutions to complex strategic problems, who are inspired by our mission to deliver public impact. You will work with a high-performing team to deliver management consultancy projects for Australian Public Service clients. As a Manager, you will: Work closely with partners and clients to drive and deliver end-to-end high quality strategic consulting projects that meet client needs, aligned to AGC's strategic policy and organisational transformation service lines Manage client relationships and skilfully engage with key stakeholders to influence outcomes Provide thought leadership across AGC to refine and expand AGC's service offer, while lending your expertise to other project teams and proposing innovative ideas and solutions to drive AGC forward Apply strong critical and strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mind-set Apply structured problem-solving techniques to policy and organisational challenges, facilitate workshops and interviews, analyse data and deliver meaningful results Manage and mentor AGC staff in a positive and uplifting manner, contributing to AGC's culture and capability.
