The key duties of the position include The Role The role leads the team in an on-site capacity to manage the daily and ongoing operations of the Fyshwick Learning Centre (FLC), ensuring its contemporary learning environment is fit to deliver capability development now and into the future. The responsibilities include: Managing a team to deliver learning centre services and maintain the facility through established processes. Independently managing competing priorities and allocate work, projects and resources to achieve outcomes; Managing end to end project plans - this may include budget management, contract procurement, vendor management, customer service and system administration; Producing regular and ad-hoc reporting. Evaluation and analysis of report content to lead outcomes to influence continuous improvement; Developing an environment to support and imbed a learning and development culture, where team members can expand their individual skills and knowledge; Establishing rapport, cultivate trust and work collaboratively with Defence, APS and external stakeholders to deliver value for money and organisational outcomes.
