We’re looking for a General Manager who leads from the front, is hands on and plays to win, and knows how to run a large-scale venue with discipline, energy, and a guest-first mindset. You’ll Bring: Proven experience leading fast-paced, high-volume hospitality venues, with confidence and clarity under pressure Strong commercial acumen across P&L management, labour and COGS control, forecasting, and driving profitability Demonstrated success in functions, events, large bookings, and major game-day operations A hands-on leadership style with high accountability, ownership, and the ability to set the tone from the floor Skilled in managing key stakeholder relationships, including collaboration with the on-site 4 Pines brewery team to deliver innovative beer-led experiences and activations A guest-obsessed mindset and a sharp eye for service consistency and quality Experience with local area marketing, community engagement, and building repeat visitation Familiarity with late-night operations, liquor licensing, compliance, and entertainment-led trade A natural ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams, and foster a culture that thrives on energy and results What’s In It for You: Unlock real earning potential with a profit share bonus directly tied to your venue’s success, your performance, your reward.
