We're working with a values-driven organisation to find a confident and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month FTC. The Role Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse mix of roles. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored hiring solutions, while helping build talent pipelines for future growth. Key responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end recruitment: job briefs, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers Building strong stakeholder relationships and advising on best practice hiring approaches Sourcing talent through job boards, social platforms, networking, referrals, and events Creating interview guides and participating in panel interviews Supporting onboarding processes in collaboration with HR Preparing recruitment reporting and metrics Contributing to employer branding and recruitment process improvements Assisting with recruitment events and talent initiatives About You Background in not-for-profit , community services , or aged care sectors highly regarded Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally across multiple sites or business units Proactive, organised, and confident working directly with hiring leaders Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work autonomously and at pace Passion for purpose-led work and team collaboration What's on Offer 12-month contract with a flexible, supportive organisation Hybrid working model Dynamic and fast-paced environment Impactful work that contributes to a broader mission This is an Hybrid position.
