We are currently looking for a Part-Time People and Culture Advisor to join our Gold Coast office on a 9-month maternity leave cover , located in Varsity Lakes. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end HR support across the organisation Support performance management and employee relations Oversee staff training, development plans, and compliance Implement employee engagement strategies and feedback systems Provide HR advice and guidance to managers Ensure policies, procedures, and HR practices are compliant and current About You: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field Proven experience in a similar People & Culture or HR Advisor role Knowledge of Fair Work and National Employment Standards A current and clear Criminal Record Check Current driver’s licence Bonus: Experience in community care or a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is desirable.
