This pivotal role supports workforce planning initiatives, facilitates user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system implementations, and develops clear, comprehensive process documentation. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure seamless adoption of new technology and optimized workforce solutions. Nature of position: 6 Month Fixed Term – Casual Location: Clayton , Victoria Reporting Line: Planning and Performance Manager Responsibilities Analyse workforce data to provide insights that inform resource allocation and optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and forecast future needs. Assist in the development of workforce models to improve operational efficiency. Define and document UAT test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with end users to validate system functionality. Track and report on testing outcomes, capturing defects and improvement opportunities. Process Documentation Develop process workflows, guidelines, and operational manuals. Ensure documentation aligns with system functionality and business requirements. Provide training materials to support user adoption of new systems. Implement process improvements to enhance scheduling accuracy, response times, and service reliability About You Proven experience as a Business Analyst in workforce planning or system implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Experience in conducting UAT, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in process documentation. Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and facilitate productive discussions. Proficiency in business intelligence tools and workforce analytics platforms. Qualifications required Project Management/agile practices favourably regarded.
