About the Role Based at head office, you’ll take ownership of the RTW programs, support the HR Manager and coordinate a payroll which is processed offsite and is very straightforward. You will also support a wide range of internal operations — from onboarding and compliance to reporting and workplace access. Key areas of responsibility include: Support a busy HR Manager and have the opportunity to learn from a highly supportive and experienced HR Practitioner - on a national level. Coordinating national RTW programs in line with WorkCover, Fair Work, and OHS standards (they are happy to up-skill and provide external training in this area for the right person) Liaising with employees, managers, and providers to support safe and timely returns to work - displaying sound decision making and empathy in all interactions. Preparing employment contracts and onboarding new hires Supporting building access, workplace safety, and reporting via Empower and Fusion systems About You You’re confident, capable, and ready to take on a broader challenge. Perhaps you’ve worked across a region or division and are ready to stretch your skills nationally — this is your chance. You’re detail oriented but can also jump between tasks readily. We are looking for a person who loves interacting with people! - confident with systems, and a great communicator who works well across internal teams. We’re looking for someone who is: An experienced generalist HR Coordinator / Officer - looking to take the next step Ideally, some exposure to RTW coordination and familiar with injury management requirements - or the willingness to learn this part of the role.
