About the role As our Administration Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming heartbeat of our Waitara Day Program—working alongside passionate Managers and Team Leaders, while also supporting Brookvale when needed. Your role blends reception, admin, and customer service, making you the go-to person who keeps everything flowing and every interaction meaningful. Location: Waitara Award: SCHADS Level 3 Classification: Permanent full time Location: Waitara NSW Days: Monday to Friday Hours: From 8am to 4pm (some flexibility available) Duties Providing a prompt, respectful and welcoming reception service. Preparing correspondence as well as answering and directing phone enquiries and emails. Ordering supplies and stationery. Preparing reports, submitting data compliance. Implementing and maintaining office systems. Ability to form collaborative and positive relationship with colleagues, participants, families and carers. Requirements Current NSW Drivers Licence and access to your own insured vehicle. Working with Children’s Check. NDIS Workers Check and completion of NDIS Orientation module. Highly Desirable Proven experience in a reception and administration role. Ability to work independently and to demonstrate initiative.
