Frame Styling Specialist: Help customers select the ideal lens types for their prescription and take accurate measurements for a perfect fit. Quality Control Expert: Perform thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles, ensuring everything is just right before collection. Customer Experience Champion: Deliver unrivalled customer service and stay up to date on promotions and products and confidently explain contact lens specs and suitability. Our store teams bring the vision - join us and add yours: Who Are You? You’ve got experience in optics and you’re ready to take on a role that’s more hands-on and customer focused! Learn and Grow: Take advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities to further career. We offer full training from basic to advanced dispensing. A Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is desired but not essential. Connect with People: You’re great with customers and making them feel comfortable and supported.
