About the Role Client Services Administration ensures the smooth operation of various accounting divisions. This includes administrative support, client interactions, and assisting in key operational tasks. This position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment, supporting accounting professionals while advancing your career. About You To be considered, you’ll need: At least 12 months of administration experience in an accounting firm Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Excellent organisational skills Client facing experience – phone, email, or in person Experience with ATO and ASIC processes A desire for a long-term career opportunity Experience with Xero, Xero Practice Manager, FYI Docs, or similar Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients and stakeholders, managing queries and client information Prepare invoices, emails, reports, and other key documents Answer and manage phone calls when needed Coordinate diaries and travel arrangements Maintain client records and oversee mail services Take and distribute meeting minutes Assist with workflow coordination to meet deadlines Update internal procedures, records, and templates Provide support on ad-hoc tasks and projects Why Join?
